Collection: Cooking club

Welcome to the January 2022 Local Technique cooking club, celebrating the cranberry.

Our very first monthly club has four recipes on deck:

Online ordering is live but our first shipment won't go out until January 29. If you need a book sooner to bake along with the club this month, email me, Adrienne, at info@localtechnique.com and I'll take care of you.

Members will be invited to a meetup in Brooklyn at the end of January where we taste the month's recipes. Come empty-handed or bring your favorite cranberry bake (or anything else you've made from the books): this is the time to meet other members and share wins and losses. Covid willing, this will happen indoors; otherwise, suit up for Prospect Park!
