Hot sauce from the unlikeliest of places: Juneau, Alaska. Bull (a.k.a. bullwhip) kelp, the "trees" of the Pacific kelp forests, is sustainably harvested and incorporated into two uniquely savory hot sauces: red (based on piri piri peppers) and green (based on serranos).

Bull kelp grows several inches per day in its natural habitat – faster even than bamboo – and carries a high concentration of vitamins and minerals from the surrounding sea.

Both varieties are spicy but flavorful; green is the spicier of the two.

Each bottle is 5 fluid ounces.

Allergen info: These hot sauces are made in a facility that also processes wheat, soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. In Alaska, you take your certified commercial kitchens where you can get them.
